(More customer reviews)I'm using this for the Real Queens/greenhouse method for hair growth since Dec 1st. So far my 4A natural hair is very soft and less tangled. I'm wearing flat twist & wigs for a protective style. Washing once a month with African Black soap. I haven't had the heavy shedding I've heard occurs with JBCO and it hasn't irritated my scalp. I use it every other night, so the smokey smell is not very noticeable. I colored my grey before I started this method, so I will be tracking hair growth by measuring my grey roots. So far so good.
