It doesn't leave your hair smelling shampoo scented because it doesn't have much of an odor at all but what it does do is clean it thoroughly without weighing it down and it does seem to add volume. I like the way my hair looks after I use this shampoo. It looks clean and healthy, feels soft and has good volume. This is the only volumizing shampoo that I have ever used that actually did what it promised. I will repurchase.
