(More customer reviews)I workout regularly and for a long time was unable to find a shampoo that did not dry out my hair. Phyto is a great line of product for dry hair. My hair has improved dramatically. Two key things to know about Phyto...first, no suds. When using the shampoo if you get suds then you have used too much. I have long hair (inches past my shoulder blades) and I use less than a penny's worth. Second, you must leave it in your hair for over a minute. All I do is rub it into my hair and then spend the next two minutes washing and shaving my body. Friends try to tell me that this shampoo won't work on their hair because we don't have the same type of hair, that's WRONG it will work if you use it according to the directions. Unfortunately, the biggest deterrent is the cost. One bottle lasts me about 4 months, which makes it worthwhile. However, the conditioner costs a lot more per use and I use Neutragena's triple moisture instead.
