(More customer reviews)I searched for years for the perfect shampoo and conditioner for my coarse, curly, frizzy hair. Over the years, hundreds of dollars spent in frustration ended with my discovery of this product. I will never buy another brand again. This one delivers -- I can either just blow dry my hair, taming it with a brush, for a more curly casual look, or I can use a flat iron for a silky straight do. Even in humid weather my hair doesn't do the frizzy thing. AND Redken Smooth Down completely cures the winter static problem. Last winter I ran out of Redken, and used another product -- one of the many half full bottles of shampoos and conditioners stashed in the back of my cabinet. The whole day I was fighting static flyaways, and swore then and there to NEVER run out of Redken Smooth Down again...and I never have!
