(More customer reviews)I started the HCG diet and there is a list of approved health and beauty aids one can use while on the diet. Life Extensions is one of those approved products. The shampoo arrived today in time for a shower. There was very little foaming when I used this shampoo. So if you like a lot of soap, this product may not be for you. I choose to have clean hair. I wish I had looked around. There is also a conditioner that I would have ordered had I seen it. BTW: free shipping, and it was delivered by UPS and earlier than estimated. I expected mail delivery, so was quite surprised.
