I have struggled with my hair for as long as I can remember, I'm have white half Puerto Rican but my hair is pretty much an afro (my mom is dark skinned). I'm 23 and ever since I was about 12 I went to the dominican hair salon every week to get a wash and set. With this stuff, if I straighten it myself, it looks like I went to the salon. My hair is so shiny and bouncy and it feels so silky, results that in the past I only got if I got a relaxer or went to the salon. I don't use the shampoo though, bc it is not sulfate free and therefore can be drying. The conditioners and shine serum are great though. If you're a woman of color or just have ethnic hair, you will love this stuff, makes your hair so soft, I definitely recommend.
