What I like about this brand is that you don't have to use alot because it is very thick. It adds a nice shine to your hair and has a very pleasant odor. If you've never used pomade before, it has been used by men for decades to style their hair. Your grandfather probably used a variation to slick back their hair. This one is water-based, so it will shampoo right out. The pomade differs from the fiber in that it leaves your hair with a shine. If you want hold, but no shine, you should check out American Crew Fiber.The price here is much cheaper than any hair salon where you'd normally have to get it. The jars come shrink-wrapped to prevent accidental opening during shipment.If you'd like to try it out, I'd recommend getting a small jar to try it.
