I have long hair close to my shoulder and I use it a few time and notice the different with my hair. My hair become less frizzy, more shine and more healthier to my hair. I also notice that my hair still growing more inches and now my hair lengths on the middle of my back. If you want to have healthier hair without damanged, dull, dry, anything that you have problem with and have long hair then I recommed this product to use to help your hair to be healthier.
