(More customer reviews)I bought this last week after doing a lot of research; I used to use T-gel extra strength, but after I compared it with this, I realized the Psoriatrax has a 5% concentration of coal tar, and the T-gel has only 2%! I've used it twice now (itchy scalp from the summer heat, etc.), and it's really nice. It doesn't smell any stronger than the T-gel, but my hair feels very clean afterward and only has a tiny bit of the coal-tar scent (even after I apply conditioner; oh well, you can't have it all!).
Overall I think it's a good deal, considering the concentration--nothing else I researched even came close....
