Yes, I am a natural skeptic. I saw this "Go Away Gray" stuff on the news and thought, what the heck. It can't hurt - but, truly I didn't think it would work. I mean, how could a pill containing this secret ingredient I'd never heard of before "catalase " actually change your hair color? I scoffed. I felt silly for taking it, thinking it might be "snake oil" as one reviewer pointed out.
TWO MONTHS into taking it now - twice a day as recommended, and HUGE DIFFERENCE. Oh, the reviewers who tried it for a month and said it didn't work, I don't think you gave it a fair shake - or perhaps it just won't work for you. I don't know. But, it's working for me.
Yes. After taking this for two months the hair on my head that was completely white, has about 50% dark hair coming in now. Plus, I feel like it has thickened my hair with some new growth coming in. The thing about this is that it won't turn the hair on your head that is already white back to your natural color (it didn't for me) but, the NEW growth coming in is definitly my dark natural pre-gray color.
Not only that, but my eyebrows have thickened and some hair is coming in there darker, too. Go figure. Somehow it is working. Will it work for you? It's worth a try for a few months to see.
UPDATE: several months later, the change in my hair is still 50%... doesn't look like it's going to get dark again all over, but it's an improvement over what it was. Will I keep taking it? Hmmm... that is debatable if there is going to be no additional changes.
LAST UPDATE: I've stopped taking this crap completely! And, I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience. Save your money and learn to love your gray hair.
