(More customer reviews)I have a friend in a retirement home who told me the sad story of her favorite conditioner being discontinued. See doesn't get around much, but every time she went shopping, she couldn't find it anywhere. She knew I had a computer, had vaguely heard that some sort of searches could be done, and asked if I could find out what had happened to her beloved Thermasilk.
I did her one better: I found the product through Amazon, bought her a bottle and had it delivered directly to her. When she tried to pay me back, she was amazed at the price I had paid, and the short time it took to pull off her 'surprise.' I believe her reaction is a good enough review for the folks at Amazon who made me look like Magic Man. Thanks. (Of course, now the word's out in her community ...)
