Unlike most conditioners I have tried, this treatment is quite light and does not leave my hair feeling limp or without body. For a deeper treatment, you can leave it in for 5+ minutes before rinsing; I prefer to leave it in for just a minute or two before rinsing. I also like that it has a pump dispenser rather than a pour spout; this makes it much easier to control the amount of product you use.
