(More customer reviews)This product definitely keeps itching and flaking under control if used regularly. Doesn't completely resolve seborrheic dermatitis--but what does? I like that it does not smell strong of tar or leave a tarry smell in the hair. Liked the results of this shampoo better than some of the other DHS shampoos. The larger size is the better deal, by far.
