I use this stuff about once a week and it leaves my hair looking super shiny and clean, plus it leaves a nice Jasmine smell behind. I know this sounds kinda weird, but when I get sweaty it has that nice Jasmine smell, and trust me that's a good thing for this kind of environment lol.
