(More customer reviews)First, there are NO Parabens as suggested by the online ingredient list - there is grapefruit seed extract. It may contain gluten for anyone out there with gluten sensitivities as it contains Oat Amino Acids. It also contains Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A) & Tocopherol (Vitamin E). All the ingredients are considered generally safe in its application - no Sulfates,SLS,etc. (You can check ingredients at the cosmetic data base dot com). I hunted all over for a good unscented body shampoo/soap to take into bear country. Castile soaps never performed well for me as I have always found them too drying, etc. Rainbow Brand Baby Oh Baby Unscented Organic Herbal Shampoo was the best performing, quality product to meet my high expectations & it's no tears. My husband & I both tested this shampoo last night in the shower. It cleans your hair without stripping. (I may not have needed to use any conditioner for my shoulder length hair, but I wanted to also try my Desert Essence Organics Fragrance Free Conditioner which I also recommend Conditioner-Organics-Fragrance Free 8 Ounces.) It suds well & rinses off very well (most soaps tend to leave some sort of film on your body even if 'undetectable' by some people; this one does not). Your skin & hair are left very clean without any overly drying effect. Some suds accidentally got into my eye & I had no redness or any of the usual irritation when that occurs. We were both so pleased with the results of this product. Even though I love essential oil fragrances, we are now seriously considering converting to using this product solely for our everyday bathing.
