(More customer reviews)I was surprised when my items arrived and the verbiage
was all in Chinese . I called goldwell and they said it sounded
like I received some bootleg shampoo. I called the people
who sent to me and they said it was authentic. I used the product once,
but I am afraid it is not real so I don't want to use it again.
Goldwell said that's why you can only buy their
products in a salon. I really can't say for sure, but be careful when ordering.
