(More customer reviews)this conditioner doesn't leave my hair smooth or soft even after leaving in the recommended few minutes. my hair still feels dry after using and is harder to brush through. also, the bottle design is terrible. several times i would get a big squirt of water before any conditioner came out. it is extremely difficult to squeeze since the plastic is so thick. i didn't like the smell of the product which has a very nutmeg smell to me. i always felt like i smelled like a holiday dessert. i ended up throwing out a half full bottle.
