1) Wash hair 3 times
2) Blow dry
3) Apply treatment
4) Blow dry again
5) Flat iron
My hair went from frizzy, poofy, and thick, to thin and super-straight. I love how soft/sleek it is, and how it isn't affected by the weather. Some people are really fine with the results, but for me and my face shape, I must have more volume. Also, I expected it to look shinier. Maybe I needed a little more conditioning on my hair? Also, I think that after I wash my hair, it will gain some volume and wave, which is what I prefer. So if you try the treatment, and it doesn't look the way you want it at first, see what it looks like after you wash and/or use the treatment a second time later on. Lastly, you might need to touch it up with the flat iron a little bit if you get bedhead frizzies.
