(More customer reviews)I started using this shampoo when I started swimming and my hair turned dry and straw-like. I did not know of any adult shampoos that helped with chlorine removal, so I used this and was surprised how well it worked. It is not a miracle product that made me look like I stepped out of a hair commercial, but it did remove chlorine better than other shampoos I had been using (pantene, matrix, john frieda) and made the conditioner I was using work better.
I also like that this is a gentle shampoo. I am past the days of tears when I get a little shampoo in my eyes, but some shampoos tend to bother my contacts. This one did not, so I was able to wash my hair with my contacts in.
I will definitely use this on my kids-when the time comes!
