(More customer reviews)I originally purchased this product from my hairdresser and had GREAT results. I recently ordered a larger quantity from Costsell through Amazon.com. I tried using it twice, and each time it caused me to itch and my head and neck became red and irritated. The product didn't smell right either (kind of spoiled). I contacted Costsell to return it. They agreed to refund my money, but refused to give me a street address to ship the product back. They told me to use the PO Box. Hopefully the post office will go with that. I will update this review to let you know if/when the refund is processed.
