After years of trying to tame my massive mane w/o any luck, I have found that using the Say Yes to Carrots shampoo and conditioner twice a week and the scalp and hair mud mask once a week usually makes my hair much more tame and manageable. I am so addicted to the Say Yes shampoo and conditioner that I take it with me when I get my hair done. While I know this might sound strange to some, for me it is a necessity. I have very sensitive skin and have only found two brands of hair care that do not make me break out, and this is by far the best.I know that other reviewers have said that they had an allergic reaction to some items in this product line, which is possible with any product to a certain percentage of people who try it. I am one of those people who gets itchy and is sensitive to scents and such just walking down the detergent isle in the supermarket and the Say Yes to Carrots line is the only line of products I have found that my family has been able to use for any amount of time w/o having any negative reaction. If you are the type of person who is prone to allergic reactions I would recommend trying any new product out at a local store to see if you have a reaction prior to purchasing.
