(More customer reviews)I had an extreme reaction to using this and another Schwarzkopf shampoo product - took me a while to figure out what was causing the burning, itching, severe flaking (like the worst dandruff, which I'd never had before). It even caused welts when I used it in combination with my hair color (washing after coloring, when the scalp is a bit more sensitive). After stopping use and switching to a very mild shampoo from another mfr, and treating scalp with balm, my scalp returned to normal but not until about 7-10 days later. Never again!
