(More customer reviews)This is truly a miracle product. It was given to be as a gift from my hair stylist when she saw how dry and damaged my hair was from coloring and straightening. You spray it in your wet hair, comb it through, and style as usual. I saw results immediately- soft, silky, and no frizz. After using it, nothing even compares. I've bought several bottles over the last year and am ordering another now. This is a great price compared to many salons ($15 on average). I saw a couple of reviews that said it left hair sticky and hard to brush through- from my experience, you would have to spray way too much of this product to cause those kind of results. I have medium length, fine, frizzy, and slightly wavy hair. 2-4 pumps is all it takes. GREAT PRODUCT.

(More customer reviews)The title and smell of "fruit cocktail" gave me fantasies of my hair in a tropical paradise. After a few uses of this "thing"...I realized that my hair was worse than if I avoided it altogether. I gave away the remainder of the bottle. Perhaps it is good for someone's hair...but as I have a curly whirly mane...this honestly did nothing for my frizz and fly-aways...and the amount was so insufficient in the 5.64 bottle...maybe the use of 4 applications if you actually want to distribute it through the hair. I found my hair more frustrating after using this product.

I have used this product in the past and had to stop because of the price. I was so happy to find it on Amazon at such a great price. The first time you put this shampoo on your head you will immediately realize that this is the best shampoo you have ever used. The only drawback is that it is kind of thin and runny and you have to use a larger amount than with some other shampoos to get a good lather. This may not apply to all as I have very long and very thick hair. I also color my hair and have noticed that this will pull some of the color out a little more quickly but this problem is easily solved with ION Color Sealer used twice a week. Between the Biosilk shampoo, conditioner, and silk therapy serum your hair will be totally transformed. It will give you the healthiest, strongest hair you have ever had. Ask any Pro stylist who is not trying to push their own products and they will recommend Biosilk. There is simply not a better product made. If you try the smaller sizes first I guarantee you will be back for more.

(More customer reviews)I was given a sample of Zerran products last FEB 07(Thank you gal in SF beauty supply on Polk street!) I liked the Equalizer so much i ordered the 32 oz!from Ebay. I have fine loosely curled hair that has been highlighted.I use it as a Leave-in conditioner - post shower.
Last year I experienced some noticeable hair loss along the hairline on each side of my head.The hair that is growing back in fine, very curly and frizzy.
A little goes a long way. I apply about one dime size application to accomodate both sides of my hair and anything left over to the ends. the Equalizer smoothes the frizzy bits and give the rest a my hair a detangling and a silky softness.

(More customer reviews)About 8 years ago, my hair was over-dyed, dry, damaged, brittle, split ends, you name it I found this shampoo on a great sale and decided to try it. One wash and it took away years worth of damage, my hair was touchable again. I don't use it everyday or even every week, just when my hair starts looking dull and frazzled, it perks it right back up. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is the price, I don't like to pay this much money for shampoo. It works so well it's worth the occasional splurge.
I haven't spent the money for the conditioner so I have no idea how they work together.

My stylist used to use this stuff on me over the winter because I has such a static problem with my hair. I ended up buying it on my own and fell in love. It smells and works great. You only need a little amount and it definitely helps with humidity, static, frizz, dryness and dullness. Get this product! Whenever I mention it to my girlfriends they moan with excitement! I love this shampoo/conditioner set! It not only smells great but definitely helps my hair to stay under control. It has been a long time since I've used a shampoo/conditioner that made my hair smell awesome... even at the end of the day!!
As with the Smoothing Lusterizer that S Factor sells as well, you can really get a grip on your hair.
I have really bad static in the winter as well as flyaways, split ends and dryness. Humidity also kills my hair and turns it into frizz, but these products really work to fix all that as well as boosting my hairs shine. Get these, worth every penny!!

This product immediately put a silky quality to what originally felt like straw. I saw this 3 pack (shampoo, conditioner and silk therapy) for about $33 on Amazon...and thought I was getting a bargain, since the smaller therapy at the salon was over $20. All three of these products have improved the feel of my hair, they smell absolutely wonderful, and now my hair is much healthier... plus, the price has gone down to about $20... GREAT BARGAIN. I would recommend this product to anyone except someone with limp fine hair. It is great to protect the hair against blowdrying and curling iron damage as well.

Matrix Sleek Look Smoothing System Iron Smoother Hair Styling Lotions Review

(More customer reviews)Like another reviewer said, you only have to use a tiny bit of this product for it to work or your hair will feel sticky and not smooth. It definitely makes my hair much, much straighter and smoother while flat ironing. I have very coarse, thick curly hair. Make sure you let your hair completely dry after spraying it with this. It says it is heat flammable if you use your flat iron with it when wet (scary).
I mainly use this as a protectant for my hair from the heat of the flat iron. However I didn't really see how denatured alcohol (probably used so the product dries quickly) and a bunch of words that I don't know what they are can protect my hair. The only ingredient that does it for me is the very last one (ingredient with the least amount in the product), the silk amino acids.
So, I decided to look up all of the ingredients in the product. I'm definitely not a chemist; this was just found by googling so don't hold me to this.
VP/VA Copolymer prohibits your hair from absorbing moisture (therefore avoiding frizzies). Potassium Dimethicone PEG 7 Panthenyl Phosphate gives your hair softness and silkiness without being greasy. Polyurethane 6 looks like another hairspray or bonding type product. Can't find out what PEG 40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil is, but I'm assuming an oil would be another hair softener. Methyl Gluceth 20 is an emollient which is a humectant and gives a smooth/gentle feel to the hair. Sodium Citrate is used to keep the acidity down in the product. Lysine Hydrochloride is one of the essential amino acids that the body needs for building proteins. None of the ingredients were toxic or dangerous.
I'm pretty satisfied with that, so I give this 5 stars.
