(More customer reviews)My wife really loves this shampoo. Her hair is very thin with oily roots and dry ends, and the shampoo leaves her hair very clean, loose and soft. However, she was a little disappointed with the packaging. First of all, it wasn't sealed. And the worst of all is that it does not come with the pump, and when you buy it at hair salons it does come with the pump. So 5 stars for the product, but 1 for the packaging (thus 3 stars on average).
