(More customer reviews)I am only giving this product 3 stars ("it's okay") because it didn't really solve my irritated scalp problem. I would have given it 1 star or 2 stars for not working; however, I can't truly say that "I hate it" or "I don't like it." For the price, I was hoping it would provide relief, but it did not. The other issue I had is the washing instructions were not in English so I really had to use my best judgment as to how to lather. I kept saying I'd use the internet to translate, but becasue I kept it in my shower, I kept forgetting to dry the bottle and bring to my computer. I only have a few more uses and will try another product when this shampoo finishes. On a plus note, it does have a mild scent as opposed to some other drug store brands which can have potent scents.

(More customer reviews)I have noticed a difference in the way my hair feels since using this product: softer and healthier feeling. I have kind of fine (will get greasy at the roots if not washed everyday) hair, yet it is long so can get pretty dry at the ends. This shampoo is just moisturizing enough for my hair. Of course I still use conditioner after shampooing, but this shampoo doesn't strip all moisture away like some can. Would highly recommend!

However, she was a little disappointed with the packaging. First of all, it wasn't sealed. And the worst of all is that it does not come with the pump, and when you buy it at hair salons it does come with the pump. So 5 stars for the product, but 1 for the packaging (thus 3 stars on average).

(More customer reviews)After using Kerastase Nutritive Masquintense I didn't get the result that I thought I would get, I guess I was looking for a miracle, but my hair was still frizzy and wavy instead of curly. It did a nice job of conditioning but I think that Redken's Smooth Down Butter Treat does just as well and is a fraction of the price. I also found the scent to be really strong and it ended up giving me a headache, so if you are sensitive to perfumes this might not be the conditioner for you. I probably will not purchase this product again.

I had gone to Dolce Salon and they used this product. I couldn't believe how well it worked. My scalp felt fresh and when my hair was being cut and style no flakes on the smock....It may cost a lot for a small bottle but since it works I will continue to buy it. I only wish that Dolce would get this product back in the salon.
